3. Acceptable Use
ChurchAI.tools is designed for ministry and church leadership purposes. As a user of this platform, you agree that you will not:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Redistribute downloadable skills, prompts, or training content for commercial purposes
- Use the platform to generate harmful, deceptive, or unethical content
- Attempt to circumvent subscription gating or access controls
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Content and Intellectual Property
All training content, prompt libraries, Claude Desktop skills, and AI policy templates available on ChurchAI.tools are owned by ChurchAI.tools. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Downloadable skills and resources are licensed for your personal ministry use only. They are not licensed for resale, redistribution, or use in commercial training programs without explicit written permission from ChurchAI.tools.
Content you create using our tools and templates — such as filled-in policy templates, sermons, or ministry materials — remains your property. ChurchAI.tools claims no ownership over your ministry output.
5. BYOAI Disclaimer (Bring Your Own AI)
ChurchAI.tools does NOT provide AI model access. This platform operates on a BYOAI (Bring Your Own AI) model — users are expected to bring their own subscriptions to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI services.
ChurchAI.tools is not responsible for the costs, terms of service, usage policies, content policies, or output quality of any third-party AI services you use in conjunction with our platform resources. Your use of third-party AI services is governed entirely by your agreement with those providers.
Our platform provides skills, prompts, and training — not AI inference. The quality and appropriateness of AI-generated content is the responsibility of the user.
6. Limitation of Liability
ChurchAI.tools provides resources, training, and tools for ministry use on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of AI tools or the application of our training content.
AI-generated content — whether produced using our skills, prompts, or training guidance — should always be reviewed and approved by qualified ministry leaders before public use. ChurchAI.tools is not liable for any theological inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate content generated through AI tools used in conjunction with our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurchAI.tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated date at the top of this page will also reflect any revisions.
Your continued use of ChurchAI.tools after receiving notification of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should discontinue your use of the platform and cancel your subscription.
